When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account name and profile picture.
Google Ads Data
When you connect your Google Ads account, we access the following data in read-only mode:
- Campaign names, structure, and settings
- Budget and spend data
- Keyword and search term performance
- Conversion tracking configuration
- Ad copy and asset performance metrics
We store your Google OAuth refresh token securely in our database to enable audit functionality. We never store your Google account password.
Usage Data
We may collect information about how you use our service, including pages visited and actions taken, to improve the product.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate your Google Ads audit report
- Provide and maintain our service
- Send you your audit report and account notifications
- Improve and develop new features

- We never store your ad creative assets or images

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a managed database platform with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Your Google OAuth tokens are stored with row-level security, meaning only your account can access your data.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Google API Services
AYRA's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You may revoke AYRA's access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account permissions page and removing AYRA.
7. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate AYRA:
- Supabase — database and authentication
- Vercel — hosting and deployment
- Anthropic — AI-powered audit report generation
- Google — OAuth authentication and Ads API
Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account and data
